Patriot Lacrosse Ousted by St. Andrews in AAC Tournament
The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Men's Lacrosse team entered play today in the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) Tournament. The Patriots, who were the #4 seed in the tournament after a 7-4 regular season (3-3 AAC), would take on #1 seeded St. Andrews University (SAU) in the semifinal round. UC unfortunately fell too far behind early as their late game push wasn't enough to overcome the Knights, falling in the game 9-6. The loss finishes UC's inaugural season at 7-5 overall.

UF Students to Participate in "Hearts Like Fists"
Students at the University of Findlay will participate in the theatre production, "Hearts Like Fists." Performances will be held April 13-16, at 7:30 p.m and April 17, at 2 p.m., in the Frank J. Egner Center for the Performing Arts, John and Hester Powell Grimm Theatre.

Lacrosse Wins at Asbury; Earn Spot in AAC Tournament
The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Men's Lacrosse team took to the field on Saturday, April 9th against the Eagles of Asbury University (AU). UC was looking for their 7th overall victory as their regular season came to an end, and did just that winning a hard fought game by a final score of 10-6. The win moves the Patriots to 7-4 overall on the season and 3-3 in the Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC), earning a spot in the Appalachian Athletic Conference Tournament.

Women's Lacrosse Upended in Season Finale by Eagles
The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Women's Lacrosse team traveled to Asbury University (AU) on Friday, April 8th for the final regular season contest of their inaugural season. Unfortunately, the Patriots would not be able to finish the season with a win, falling to the Eagles by a final score of 12-8. The loss brings UC's overall season record to 4-8 and 3-5 in Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) play.

Women's Lacrosse Battles but Defeated by Reinhardt
The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Women's Lacrosse program hosted their first night game at home on Wednesday as they took on NAIA #7 ranked Reinhardt University (RU) in another Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) matchup. The Patriots would battle throughout the night, but in the end it was the Eagles of Reinhardt that would come away with a 17-5 victory over the Patriots. The loss moves UC to 2-4 overall on the season.

Women's Lacrosse Takes Down St. Andrews in 9-8 Victory
The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Women's Lacrosse program added another win to their record this past weekend by defeating Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) opponent St. Andrews University with a final score of 9-8. The game was originally scheduled to be played at the UC Lacrosse Complex in Williamsburg, Kentucky, but was moved to Montreat College due to weather.

Patriot Lacrosse Wins Convincingly in First Game at Montreat
The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Men's Lacrosse team would open up their inaugural season on the road in Appalachian Athletic Conference (AAC) play on Friday at Montreat College (MC) in Montreat, North Carolina. With the Patriots anxiously awaiting to hit the field for the first time in program history, emotions would run high throughout the game as UC would band together for a very convincing first win in program history, defeating Montreat by a final score of 22-8.

Women's Lacrosse Opens Inaugural Season with Win over Pikeville
The University of the Cumberlands (UC) Women's Lacrosse team would open up their inaugural season on Friday, February 19th at the UC Lacrosse Complex in Williamsburg, KY against the University of Pikeville (UPike). With over 200 people in attendance for the first ever women's game in program history, the Patriot ladies were sure to not disappoint their fans. The Patriots came out hot and never looked back, garnering an 11-6 win over the Bears for the first win in program history.
